Peggy’s 1-2 Chili

INGREDIENTS

—Meat Mixture—
1 lb Hamburger
1 lb Ground pork
1 lb Spicy sausage
1 md Onion; chopped
1 tb Salt
1 tb Pepper
1 tb Garlic powder
1 tb Chili powder
1 ts Tabasco sauce
1 ts Cumin
2 cn Tomatoes with juice (1 lb. each)
1 cn Tomato sauce (15 oz)
2 cn Pinto beans (15 oz each); drained

INSTRUCTIONS

SAUCE
In large Dutch over or saucepan, brown the hamburger, pork, sausage and
onion all together. Add salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder, tabasco sauce,
cumin, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer
and cook for 2 hours. Add drained pinto beans and simmer for 30 minutes
longer.
