INGREDIENTS

3 Cloves garlic, coarsely
chopped
1 Chopped onion
1/2 c Vodka
1 28 oz crushed tomatoes
1/2 t Crushed red pepper flakes
1 c Heavy cream or milk
Olive oil for frying
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat olive oil in pan -enough for all the ingredients. Add garlic till
golden brown. Add hot pepper flakes and onion. Cook 3 minutes. Add
vodka and reduce liquid by half. Add tomatoes and milk- reduce until
desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.  Pour over penne
pasta. Add a good shake of parmesan cheese.  Posted to JEWISH-FOOD
