Grind (or process) peppers and onions. Mix with mustard seeds, salt,
vinegar and sugar. Boil 30 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
(Alternately and to be safe, you can use clean, unsterilized jars and
process for 15 min. in boiling water bath.)
