Pepper Rub for Rib Eye Steaks

INGREDIENTS

3 lb Beef rib eye; 1 1/2 in. thick
1 tb Olive oil
1 tb Garlic powder
1 tb Paprika
2 ts Dried thyme; ground
2 ts Dried oregano; ground
1 1/2 ts Pepper
1 ts Salt
1 ts Lemon pepper
1 ts Ground red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Brush steaks lightly with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine all
seasonings. Sprinkle seasonings over steak and press into both sides. Cover
and chill for one hour. Grill steaks turning once over medium hot coals for
14-18 min. for rare; 18-22 min. for medium; 24-28 min for well-done.
Serving Ideas : Serve with Grilled Vegatables and Spinach Salad
