Peppered Pork With Orange

INGREDIENTS

1 T Clear honey
2 T Brown sugar
1 T Cooking oil
2 t Soy sauce
1/4 t Salt
1 1/2 t Schwartz Tropical Pepper –
roughly
crushed
Juice and pared rind of half
an orange
4 Pork chops
Orange slices – to garnish.

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the honey, brown sugar, oil, soy sauce, salt, Tropical Pepper,
orange juice and rind in a bowl and stir until smooth.  Cook the chops
under a preheated grill for 15-20 minutes, turning  occasionally and
brushing with the honey mixture throughout the  cooking. Serve
