Raw regular rice |
INSTRUCTIONS
Saut. onion in butter until golden.
Combine consomm. and water. Bring to a boil.
In an oiled 1 1/2 quart casserole combine all ingredients.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until rice feels tender and
all water is absorbed.
Fluff up rice with fork.
