Pimento Cheese Sandwich Filling

INGREDIENTS

1 cn (5.125-oz) evaporated milk
1/2 lb Processed American cheese; diced
1 cn (3-oz) pimientos
1/4 ts Salt
Pickles (optional)
Chopped olives (optional)
Grated onion (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Put milk into top of double boiler.  Add diced cheese, and keep hot until
melted. Drain pimientos and mash. Add to cheese and milk with the salt.
Pickles, chopped olives, or grated onion may be added, if desired. Yield:
1-3/4 cups or filling for 10 sandwiches.
