INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar and butter until crumbly.
Stir in almonds. Press 2 cups on bottom of pan. To remaining mixture, add
cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Beat in egg, sour cream and vanilla. Stir
in pineapple and spoon over crust. Bake for 40 minutes, cool an d cut. Dust
with powdered sugar.
