Pineapple-barbecued Lamb Spare Ribs

INGREDIENTS

3 lb Lamb spare ribs
1 Pineapple, crushed8oz
1/4 c Vinegar
1 Garlic clive, finely chopped
1/4 c Honey
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t Salt
1/8 t Pepper
1/4 t Ginger

INSTRUCTIONS

Place spare ribs on a rack in a shallow roasting pan; bake in
preheated 325'F. oven 1 1/2 hours. Drain off drippings. Combine
remaining ingredients, mixing well; pour over lamb. Bake 45 minutes,
basing lamb with pineapple mixture frequently during baking period.
