Pineapple Lime Cream Cheese Mold

INGREDIENTS

1 cn (#2) crushed pineapple in juice; (2+1/2 cups)
1 pk Lime jello
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1/3 c Pimento; chopped
1 c Celery; diced
1 c Macadamia nuts; chopped *
1 c Heavy cream; whipped

INSTRUCTIONS

* or walnuts or pecans
Heat pineapple to boiling point. Add Jello and softened cream cheese and
stir until dissolved. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients,
except cream. Lastly, whisk in the whipped cream. Pour into a 1+1/2 quart
mold.
