Pineapple-orange Sauce

juice undrained
1/2 t Orange peel, grated
1/2 c Orange juice
1 T Cornstarch
1 T Granulated sugar
1 t Ground ginger

(Linda/BDT Burbank, Ca)  Combine pineapple, 1/2 cup orange juice and 1
teaspoon orange peel  with remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Cook,
stirring constantly  until sauce boils and thickens. Cool.  Serve over
ice cream, frozen  yogurt, pancakes or waffles. Makes about 8 servings.
