INGREDIENTS

1 lb Italian sausage, slice 1/4"
2 lb Boiled ham, sliced
1/2 c Locatelli cheese
1/2 lb Prosciutto, sliced
4 Eggs
4 c Flour
1/4 lb Butter or margarine
4 tb Sugar
2 tb Parsley, chopped
2 tb Baking powder
1/2 c Milk
Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

FILLING
CRUST
Mix crust ingredients, work until smooth. Roll half of dough and place on
bottom of 11x9x3 pan. Mix cheese, eggs, and parsley. Beat well. Pour half
onto crust in pan. Add alternate layers of meat. Pour the rest of the
cheese/eggs mixture over all. Roll remaining dough and place over top. Cut
several slits on top. Bake at 350 degrees for
45    minutes.
