INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the flour, salt and cream of tartar in a saucepan over high to medium
high heat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir till boiling 3-5 minutes (make
sure it does not scorch). Take off heat. Let cool. Store in sealed
plastic ware. (Tupperware or Rubbermaid)
