1/2 lb Nectarines; (about 2)
1/4 c Fresh orange juice
1 tb Finely shredded fresh mint leaves
1/2 tb Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Halve and pit plums. Cut plums into thin wedges and in a bowl toss with
remaining ingredients. Chill plum mixture, covered, stirring occasionally,
at least 2 hours and up to 8.
