INGREDIENTS

75 g Coconut
25 g Onion
1/4 t Chilli powder
1/2 t Salt
2 t Lime juice
1 t Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Grate  the  coconut  and  chop  the onion.  Place the coconut in a
bowl and add the onion, chilli powder salt, lime juice and paprika
powder. Mix well.  Note : If fresh  coconut  is  not  available,  mix
dessicated coconut  with 3 tsps milk and use as above. From "A taste of
