INGREDIENTS

1 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 ts Baking powder
3/4 ts Salt
1 Egg
1/3 c Melted butter
Cinnamon
8 Apples (up to 10)

INSTRUCTIONS

Preparation: 15 Minutes Baking Time: 35 Minutes Serving: 6-8 People Style:
Dessert
1. Fill an 8 or 9 inch pie plate with peeled sliced apples.
2. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg together.
3. Place the mixture over the apples.
4. Pour the butter over the flour mixture.
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
6. Cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until apples are soft (Test them
with a knife)
