INGREDIENTS

Handful mint leaves, washed
50 ml Tamarind juice
2 tb Chopped onions
2 Cloves garlic
2 Cm ginger
3 Green chillies
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Another superb relish!
Simply blend all the ingredients together until you have a smooth paste.
Note: Can be stored in an airtight container in the rfrigerator for one
week only.
