INSTRUCTIONS
Wash rice. Combine with molasses or maple syrup, salt, mace and milk. Put
in a deep well-buttered dish and bake in a 300°F. oven for 3 hours. Stir
several times during the first hour. After 2 hours, stir in the butter.
