INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Uncooked rice
1 lb Ground beef
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 tb Minced onion
2 tb Fat
1 c Condensed tomato soup
1 c Hot water

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine rice, beef, salt, pepper and onion. Mix and shape into 12 balls.
Brown in fat in heavy fry pan. Add tomato soup and water. Cover and cook
11/2 hours over low heat until rice is tender.
