INGREDIENTS

5 lb Lean pork
1/2 c Flour
Salt to taste
2 tb Oil
6 cl Garlic minced
4 md Onions chopped
4 Bay leaves
8 tb Cider vinegar
4 tb Soy sauce
1/2 c Water (see note)

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut fat off pork and cut into 1 inch cubes. Mix flour and salt together and
coat pork cubes. Heat oil in skillet and brown pork. Add garlic and cook
one minute then add onions and bay leaves and cook untill onions begin to
brown. Transfer to the slow cooker and add remaining ingredients. Cook on
low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 4 to 6 hours. (the longer cooking time
taste better) Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Serve with rice.
Notes: I increase the water to 1 cup because my family likes alot of sauce
to put on thier rice.
This can be cooked in a conventional manner also you just have to adjust
the cooking time.
And finally, this can be made with any type of meat...but of course then
you have to change the name :)
