Pork Chops Bettina

INGREDIENTS

6 Pork chops; 3/4 inch thick
2 tb Oil
Salt and pepper (up to)
5 md Potatoes; peeled, sliced
1 md Onion; chopped
2 tb Flour (or more)
1 c Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Salt and pepper chops; brown in oil. Place in shallow oven pan. Arrange
potatoes on top and around sides of chops. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle onion
on chops; then flour. Pour milk gently into pan to almost cover chops.
Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 10-15
minutes longer to brown.
