Pork Chops Pacifico

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Hoisin sauce
1 tb Miso
1 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Schezuan chili sauce
1 tb Rice wine
1 tb Honey
1 ts Chinese Five Spice powder
4 Pork loin chops; (6 oz each), cut 3/4 in thick

INSTRUCTIONS

Make marinade: Combine all ingredients except pork chops in a non metal
dish and blend well.
Add pork chops and turn to coat. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight or
several hours, turning pork chops at least one.
To grill: Over hot coals, place pork chops on grill coated with nonstick
vegetable spray. Sear the chops for 1 minute on each side. Cover grill and
cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer registers 155
degrees.
