Pork Chops with Mustard Seeds

INGREDIENTS

4 tb Mustard powder
2 ts Mustard seeds
6 Fresh sage leaves; chopped, or 1
; teaspoon dried sage
2 ts Chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon
; dried rosemary
125 ml Dry cider; (4fl oz)
4 Pork chops

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
Mix together the mustard powder and seeds, herbs and cider and spread the
mixture over both sides of the chops.
Put the chops on a foil-lined rack in a roasting tin and cook them in the
oven for 45 minutes or until they are browned and cooked through.
