Pork Hash And Nori

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground pork
2 T Oyster sauce
1 T Sesame seed
3 up to
4 Stalks green onion, chopped
1 Sushi nori
1/2 Water chestnuts, chopped
1/4 t Salt
1 ds MSG

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients except nori.  On a sheet of nori, spread 3
tablespoons of mixture on bottom edge. Roll nori like sushi. Fry on
medium-low heat for 20-30 minutes.  No oil needed.  Slice into 1-1/2"
lengths and serve with mustard-shoyu sauce.  From a book of my mother's
