Pork Hash and Nori

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground pork
2 tb Oyster sauce
1 tb Sesame seed (up to)
4 Stalks green onion; chopped
1 pk Sushi nori
1/2 cn Water chestnuts; chopped
1/4 ts Salt
1 ds MSG

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients except nori.  On a sheet of nori, spread 3 tablespoons
of mixture on bottom edge. Roll nori like sushi. Fry on medium-low heat for
20-30 minutes.  No oil needed.  Slice into 1-1/2" lengths and serve with
mustard-shoyu sauce.
