Pork Satay Skewers

INGREDIENTS

500 g Lean Pork Leg Strips; OR
500 g Lean Diced Pork
1 tb Canola oil
250 ml Satay sauce
10 Bamboo skewers

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least an hour. Thread pork onto
skewers, season with salt and pepper, brush with oil. Grill or barbecue.
Allow 2-3 minutes for pork leg strips or 8 - 10 minutes for diced pork.
Serve with your favorite prepared satay sauce, boiled rice and cucumber and
mint salad.

NOTES : Makes 8 - 10 skewers.  Preparation time: 10 minutes.  Pork cooking
time: 2-10 minutes (depending on pork cut)
