Let us thank God heartily as often as we pray that we have His Spirit in us to teach us to pray. Thanksgiving will draw our hearts out to God and keep us engaged with Him; it will take our attention from ourselves and give the Spirit room in our hearts.

Portabello "steak"

INGREDIENTS

12 oz Portabella mushroom
Olive oil
White wine
Garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

While you're warming up the broiller, marinate sliced portobello
mushrooms in a little olive oil, white wine and garlic. Broil  quickly.
Serve instead of steak.   Serve with roasted, carmelized  veggies (500
degree kind).
