INGREDIENTS

4 Potatoes
1 Green or red bell pepper; minced
1 md Onion; minced
1 Clove garlic; peeled and minced
1 c Plain yogurt
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts TABASCO Pepper Sauce
3 tb Seasoned bread crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place potatoes in saucepan and fill with cold water.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook 20 to 25
minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with fork. Drain; cut
into small chunks. In medium-sized baking dish, combine potatoes, pepper,
onion, garlic, yogurt, salt and Tabasco sauce. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown. Makes 4-6 servings.
