Prawn Sesame Toast With Rice Wine And Spring Onion Dip

INGREDIENTS

Prawns
Seasoning
Egg white
Vegetable oil
Bread
Dressing
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Mint
Chilli
Ginger, chopped
Honey
Orange juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove all the excess water from the defrosted or fresh prawns. Add
into a blender with some seasoning and an egg white, combine to a
thick paste. Heat up a pan of hot vegetable oil and spread the  mixture
onto some sliced white bread. Pressing it well to stick to  the bread.
Dip the prawn side into some sesame seeds and deep fry it  in some hot
oil - 180øC/350øF - until it goes brown in colour.  Remove and place
onto some kitchen paper.  For the dressing mix up some soy, sesame oil,
mint, chilli, ginger,  honey and orange juice together. Cut the toast
into 1/4s and serve on  a plate with the dressing on the side.
