Pseudo-Mexican Coffee

INGREDIENTS

3 Sticks (3-inch) cinnamon
1 Vanilla bean; split lengthwise
3/4 c Ground dark roast coffee
10 c Water
1/2 c Whipping cream
1 tb Dark brown sugar
Coffee liqueur

INSTRUCTIONS

Place cinnamon in coffee pot.  Scrape in vanilla seeds and add pod.  Brew
coffee with 10 cups water.  Whip cream to soft peaks.  Add sugar and beat
until stiff peaks form.  Pour coffee into cups; add liqueur to taste.  Top
with cream.
