INGREDIENTS

2 t Active dry yeast
9 T Sugar
1/2 t Ginger
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Lemon peel, dried
3/4 c Whole-wheat flour
1 t Salt
2 1/4 c Bread flour
1/4 c Canned pumpkin, or squash
2 T Canned pumpkin
3 oz Orange juice
3 oz Warm water
2 Eggs
1 1/2 T Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Most of our bread eaters like a lighter consistency bread so I
substitute the wheat flour with bread flour. I cut back on the sugar  a
bit and use egg whites (less fat and calories). This makes a
wonderfully light loaf that has a sweet pumpkin zip ...  Experiment by
