Quiche In Tart Shells

Eggs, Dairy Swiss Appetizer 9 Servings

INGREDIENTS

6 Bacon, cut in 1/4-inch
strips
1 c Chopped white onion
2 Eggs, beaten
3/4 c Sour cream
1/2 t Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 12-oz shredded Swiss
cheese
9 3-inch unbaked tart shells
Chopped chives, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel. In bacon grease saute
onion until tender but not brown. Drain off fat. Combine in bowl  eggs,
sour cream, salt, pepper, cheese, onion & bacon. Pour into tart
shells. Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes or until knife inserted
half-way between outside & center of filling comes out clean. Garnish
