Wherever the Holy Spirit dwells, His presence creates a hunger for holiness. His office is to magnify Christ, and it is He who gives the believer a desire to be like Christ. The natural man has no such passion. But in the Christian, the Spirit of God begins to carry out the will of God to make the child of God like the Son of God (Romans 8:29). And He who began this good work in the life of the believer “will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus” (Philippians 1:6).

INGREDIENTS

1 9-inch pie crust, deep dish
6 Bacon, cooked crumbled
1 1/4 c Swiss cheese, lowfat grated
1/4 c Grated Romano cheese
3 Eggs, beaten
1/3 c Skim milk, evaporated
2/3 c 1% low-fat milk
1/2 t Salt
1 Onion, chopped
1 T Bacon drippings
Pepper to taste
Bacon

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onion until tender in 1 bacon drippings. Mix eggs, evaporated
milk, milk, cheeses,salt, pepper and cooked cooled onions. Place  bacon
in pie shell. Pour over mixture in pie shell. Bake at 375  degrees for
45 minutes, or until mixture is firm and golden.  Source Carol Floyd
