Quick And Easy Gingerbread

INGREDIENTS

12 oz Plain flour
1 t Baking powder
1 t Salt
1 t Grated nutmeg
1 t Ground cloves
2 t Ground cinnamon
2 t Ground ginger
8 oz White vegetable fat
8 oz Caster sugar
1/2 t Vanilla extract
6 oz Molasses sugar
2 Beaten eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees  1.Sift together the flour, salt, baking
powder and spices.  2.Slowly melt the vegetable fat.  3.Cool until
lukewarm and then pour into a food processor.  4.Add the caster sugar,
molasses sugar, vanilla and eggs.  5.Blend on medium speed.
6.Thoroughly mix in the dry ingredients.  7.Set aside until completely
cooled. (Overnight in the fridge is  best, if you have the time. That
helps to firm up the dough. Take out  of fridge 20-30 minutes before
you need to use it)  8.Roll out and cut with cookie cutters. 9.Bake for
15 minutes, until  the edges are slightly brown.  Formatted & Busted by
