Quick Cheese And Pepper Bread

INGREDIENTS

2 c Flour
1 c Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 t Sugar
1/2 t Baking powder
1/2 t Baking soda
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Fresh pepper
1 c Buttermilk
1/3 c Margarine
2 Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 9X5 loaf pan. Lightly
spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. In a medium bowl combine
flour, cheese, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and pepper. In a  small
bowl combine buttermilk, margarine and eggs; blend well and add  to dry
mixture. Stir ingredients until just moistened, and pour into  greased
pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out  clean. Cool
completely on a wire rack, wrap and store in the  refrigerator. Posted
