Quick Chopped Barbecue

Meats Pork/ham-lm, Bbq-lm, Sandwich-lm 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 tb Barbecue sauce; prepared or homemade
1/4 c Beef broth
2 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Brown mustard
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 c Canned tomato puree
2 c Shredded cooked pork or smoked ham
Salt and tabasco sauce
4 Hamburger buns

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine barbecue sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, mustard, cinnamon and
tomato puree and add shredded pork or ham. Slowly, over very low heat
simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, uncovered until meat is warmed through and
sauce has thickened but is still of spoonable consistency. Season to taste
with salt and Tabasco sauce and spoon over buns. Serve with salad.
Yield: 4 servings
