INGREDIENTS

1 Head red leaf lettuce
1 Head radicchio
1 Red onion
1 1/2 c Red cabbage
1 c Cooked beets
1 Red apple
3 tb Walnut oil
2 tb Olive oil
2 tb Red wine vinegar
1 tb Balsamic vinegar
1 ts Dijon mustard
Sugar
Salt and black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

VINAIGRETTE
Mix red leaf and radicchio together in salad bowl. Add onion, cabbage,
beets and apple and toss together. To make vinaigrette: Mix together walnut
and olive oil, red wine and balsamic vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and
pepper, whisking to blend. Pour vinaigrette over salad and toss gently.
Approximately 4-7 minutes.
