Remoulade Sauce – White – For Seafood

Cajun Cajun, Shrimp 2 Cups

INGREDIENTS

1 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Salad oil
2 T Dry mustard
1 T Green onion, chopped
1 T Celery, chopped
1 T Parsley, chopped
1 T Horseradish, or more
2 T Tarragon vinegar
2 T Tomato catsup
2 T Paprika
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
3 ds Hot sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in blender.  Blend until smooth. Taste and add
seasonings if need be.  Chill thoroughly.  Serve with peeled cooked
