Rice Crust Pizza With Kielbasa

INGREDIENTS

3 c Long-grain rice, cooked and
cooled
1 T Olive oil
2 Egg whites, lightly beaten
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
Vegetable cooking spray
1 c Pizza squeeze sauce
1 c Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 lb Reduced fat Polish Kielbasa
chopped coarsely
3/4 c Mozzarella cheese, part skim
milk shredded
21 7/10 at.

INSTRUCTIONS

16:33:11 -0700 Recipe By: bjs  Combine rice, oil, egg whites, and
Parmesan cheese in a large bowl;  mix well.  Press evenly on a sprayed
pizza pan. Bake at 400F for 10  minutes. Remove from oven.  Spread
pizza sauce over prepared crust  and top with mushrooms. Sprinkle with
chopped kielbasa followed by  mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400F for 20
minutes or until crust is  lightly browned. Serves 6. Calories per
slice 372.6, 9.0 fat grams,  NOTES : You could also do this with ground
