INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450F.
In a small saucepan melt butter and stir in curry powder and salt and
pepper to taste. In a small baking pan toss potatoes with butter mixture
and roast in oven, shaking pan occasionally, until golden and tender, 15 to
20 minutes.
Serves 2.
