INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Water
2 c Bread flour
1 t Sugar
1 t Salt
1 Egg
1 1/2 T Olive oil
1/4 t Ground saffron -or-
1/8 t Saffron threads
2 t Yeast

INSTRUCTIONS

If using saffron thread, grind to a coarse powder-like consistancy
using a mortar and pestle.  Bake on regular cycle. Recipe By     :  The
