INGREDIENTS
Indian cheese, cubed | ||
Tinned spinach | ||
Fresh tomatoes, cubed | ||
Coriander, finely chopped | ||
Vegetable oil or butter | ||
Garlic and ginger | ||
Onions, finely chopped | ||

1 | t | Garam masala |

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil or butter in a pan then add the garlic and ginger and cook until brown. Add the onions and cook until brown. Add the curry powder, garam masala, salt and tomato puree. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until all the spices are thoroughly blended. Add the cheese, spinach and tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes.
