Sage And Onion Bread Stuffing

INGREDIENTS

White bread cubes, toasted
in the oven about 3 cups
2 T Butter
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 Bottle or a little more, PC
Memories of Cedar Springs
Sage & Onion Sauce
1/2 c Parsley
1/3 c Raisins
Salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter, cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in parsley,
raisins, cook until raisins are softened. Add bread cubes, & enough  PC
sauce to moisten bread. Cook & stir a couple of minutes, add salt  &
pepper, cover & turn off heat. Let sit on element to blend flavors  &
keep warm, about 10 minutes. Put in chicken or turkey. Cook chicken  or
