INGREDIENTS

1 kg Coarsely minced pork; (70% lean, 30% fat)
25 g Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 Glass white wine
1 Clove garlic; finely chopped
Natural skins; (min 2 inch in
; diameter)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all the ingredients together and work well with your hands. Stuff the
mixture into the skins and tie. Boil very gently for one hour in salted
water. Serve with lentils or mashed potato.
