1/4 | lb | Chopped mushrooms |
1/2 | pt | White wine |
1/2 | pt | Water |
1/4 | pt | Cream |
Salt and pepper to season |
INSTRUCTIONS
Poach salmon with sliced mushrooms, wine and water for 4 minutes at 180 degrees C / 350 degrees F / gas mark 4. When cooked, remove the salmon steaks, cover and keep warm.
