Salmon with Tomato Relish

INGREDIENTS

2 Salmon steaks,
3 tb Olive oil,
1 oz Basil, fresh
1/2 Red pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 Green pepper, thinly sliced
1 pt Cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 ts Salt,
1/2 ts Pepper,

INSTRUCTIONS

Two hours before serving, combine all ingredients except salmon and let
marinade. Place salmon in lightly oiled broiling pan and broil 3-4 minutes
on each side. Serve with relish.
