Salted Peanut Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Shortening
1/3 c Margarine
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
1 3/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Salted peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350. Beat together first 6 ingredients. Add dry ingredients
(except peanuts). Stir in peanuts. Drop teaspoon sized balls of dough onto
cookie sheet. Bake for about 8 minutes. Cookies should be light brown.
