INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Sirloin steak
1/2 ts Ground coriander
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Soy sauce
1/2 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Monosodium glutamate
Salt and pepper to taste
16 Skewers

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut meat into 3/4-inch cubes. Mix with all ingredients and marinate for
about 1 hour. Thread 5 to 6 pieces of meat on each skewer. Broil over
charcoal until done, turning frequently.
Serve hot. Serves 4.
Note: Steel or bamboo skewers can be used. Bamboo skewers are available in
Japanese stores.
