Sauce For Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 3-oz cream cheese
softened
2 T Mayonnaise
5 oz Pineapple, apricot or peach
preserves
1 T Fresh lemon juice
1 T Sherry
1/4 t Curry powder
1/2 c Whipping cream, whipped
Fresh fruit

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth by mixing with a  spoon.
Stir in preserves, lemon juice, sherry and curry. Chill until  just
before serving. (Up to 1 hour before serving can add whipping  cream.)
Stir in whipped cream and keep refrigerated until served.  Serve with
fresh fruit salad.  Yield: 1-1/2 cups.  ROBYN DICKEY  From <Traditions:
