Sausage Polenta with Sage Butter

1/2 c Butter
2 tb Chopped fresh sage
Freshly ground black pepper
1 Recipe Sausage polenta (see post #2)

so if you love true "Italian" cooking i suggest getting this cookbook:>
Melt the butter in a small frying pan and add the sage. Simmer the sage in
the butter for about a minute or until the butter is frothy. Add the black
pepper to taste. Fry the polenta slices as intructed, and top with the
